I've spent more than 20 years working across recruitment, HR and senior leadership.
I started my career in recruitment, including agency recruitment and search, before moving into senior in-house HR, People and operational roles. I've recruited across different functions and levels, from construction, property and legal through to technology, engineering, commercial and business support roles, both in the UK and internationally.
That experience means I understand recruitment from both sides: finding the right person and what happens once they join.
